# How to get help?

If you need help or technical support when using CyberX ONE, please submit your request via [CyberX ONE Support platform](https://cyberxhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us), and we will get back to you within two working days.

1\. Click top-right to submit a request.

2\. Fill in your email address, issue type and a brief problem description, and our staff will get to you soon.
